200 Jobs Coming to Wabash

The City of Wabash will soon get a boost from 5-Hour Energy. Living Essentials, the company that makes the energy supplement drinks already has 370 employees at its Wabash facility. The company plans to invest more than 25 million dollars on a third factory and hire another 200 workers by next year. More than 9 million bottles of 5-hour Energy are made in Wabash each week. The Indiana Economic Development Corp. gave this latest deal a boost by offering the company up to $375,000 in training grants and the city energized the deal with a property tax abatement. Hiring is expected to begin right away.
