2-Month-Old Still in Critical Condition; No Charges Filed Yet

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A 2-month-old is still in critical condition after an incident over the weekend. Fort Wayne Police were called to W. Wallen Rd. Saturday afternoon on report of a battery that had just happened. Officers got to the scene and found a 2-month-old boy with injuries. The infant was taken to a local hospital and determined to be in critical condition. Police Spokesman Mike Joyner says as of Monday, there is a person of interest in the incident, but no arrest has been made at this time so that the Allen County Prosecutors office can review all of the details around the event before recommending charges.
