2 injured in Fort Wayne shooting

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): At least three people were shot in two different Fort Wayne shootings Tuesday afternoon.

At about 12:20 p.m., crews were called to the intersection of St. Martins and Warsaw Street on reports of a shooting. Witnesses say one person was shot, according to our news partners at 21Alive. 

Fort Wayne police were then called to the 4000 block of Lillie Street on reports of another shooting at about 12:40 p.m.

When officers arrived, they found two victims down in front of a home. They were both hospitalized in critical condition.

Fort Wayne police believe a dark Chevy drove up to the home.  A man got out of the car and fired several shots.

Police are investigating the shootings. Anyone with information about the shootings is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 260-436-7867.
