ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Crime Stoppers is now offering a $1,000 reward for any information that results in an arrest of a registered sex offender that failed to notify authorities he had moved.

Allen County Sex Offender Registration Team members tried to serve 34-year-old Stanley Ray Osborne an arrest warrant out of Boone County, according to our news partners at 21Alive.

Police then realized Osborne had moved without updating his address.

The original arrest warrant was for a probation violation in reference to three counts of sexual misconduct with a minor. Officers have filed for an addition arrest warrant for failure to register as a sex offender at the end of January.

He was last seen in the area of Fritz Road in Northwest Allen County.

If you have any information please call police or Allen County Sheriff’s S.O.R.N. office at 260-449-3074.
