FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Network Indiana): Meals are on the house Friday for police officers visiting an Indiana restaurant chain.
Scotty’s Brewhouse already gives discounts to police, but after the ambush in Dallas, owner Scott Wise says he’ll pick up the full tab for all uniformed officers. He says he wanted to do something positive after hearing Dallas Police Chief David Brown say at a news conference on Thursday’s murders that police “don’t feel much support most days.”
In light of the tragedy and to honor those that protect and serve, all uniformed police officers can eat free at any of our locations today

Wise says he’s alerted managers at the 13 Scotty’s locations in Indy, Carmel, Noblesville, Franklin, Brownsburg, Muncie, Fort Wayne, Bloomington, West Lafayette, and Mishawaka, and at Thr3e Wise Men brewpubs in Indy and Muncie.
