Indiana Financier, Tim Durham, Gets 50 Years behind Bars

Durham and partners James Cochran and Rick Snow faced a sentencing hearing today in U.S. District Court. Durham faced 225 years on numerous wire and securities fraud charges. The charges are related to the collapse of Fair Finance Co. Back in June, a jury found Durham and partners guilty of bilking 5000 Ohio investors out of $200 million.
