Ground Broken on Downtown Residential Project

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Officials celebrated the beginning of work on Cityscape Flats, downtown a resident complex next to Parkview Field. Doeden called it a key public-private project. The City chipping in with $7 million.

The $27 million-dollar project is an effort between the City of Fort Wayne and Domo Development – headed by Eric Doeden – who's also the head of Greater Fort Wayne.  Apartments rent will range from $700 to $1,500 per month, based on size and location.

When complete in 2017, it will include 167 multi-family apartments, more than a dozen row houses and more than 170 parking spots.
