INDIANAPOLIS (WOWO): Former Subway spokesman Jared Fogle has been sentenced to over 15 years in prison for child sex and pornography charges.

In August, Fogle made a non-binding plea deal with prosecutors of no more than 12 and a half years, but Judge Tanya Pratt reminded Fogle that his sentencing was entirely at her discretion. 

She also ruled that, upon release, Fogle will never be allowed to own pornography, nor can he have unsupervised meetings with any children. He'll have to agree to random searches of his computers, and he'll also have to undergo psychological treatment. 

An expert for the defense testified that Fogle has been diagnosed with hypersexuality and, quote, “mild” pedophilia.
