Arrest Made in Double Homicide Case

KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Another arrest has been made in a Kosciusko County double homicide case. Last month, police found Joshua Knisley and Tara Thornburg suffering from gunshot wounds at their home in Syracuse. Knisley was pronounced dead when officials arrived to the scene, and Thornburg later died at a hospital. Based on information gained through the investigation, 49-year-old suspect Joan DeHart was taken into custody Wednesday, after police searched her home. DeHart was arrested on a charge of “Assisting a Criminal,” and is currently being held at the Kosciusko county jail.

22-year-old Brandon Woody was arrested last month for his alleged involvement in the shootings.
