SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WOWO): A South Bend abortion facility run by an embattled doctor in Indiana is being forced to close its doors Friday.

Dr. Ulrich Klopfer will have to close Women's Pavilion on Friday because the Indiana State Department of Health is not renewing the facility's license. There were two complaints by the ISDH to revoke the license due to violating health and safety laws. 

Klopfer operated facilities for decades in Fort Wayne, South Bend, and Gary, but has been unable to do abortions In Fort Wayne since losing his privileges in December 2013. 

He lost his license in Gary earlier this year after complaints of poor conditions and other safety issues.
