INDIANAPOLIS (AP): The government says Indianapolis International Airport will have the first enrollment site for an expedited security screening program that allows passengers to leave on their shoes, light outerwear and belts and keep laptop computers in cases. The Transportation Security Administration says it will open the precheck enrollment site Wednesday. Enrollees must provide identification, fingerprints and pay an $85 enrollment fee.
