INDIANAPOLIS (AP): Many Indiana residents say technical difficulties won't stop them from trying again to buy health insurance through the new online federal marketplace. Federal officials attributed technical problems to the large number of people visiting the health exchange website on its opening day. Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services Administrator Marilyn Tavenner said 2.8 million people visited the site. Indiana is one of 36 states letting the federal government run its exchange.
