INDIANAPOLIS (AP): Indiana State Police are reminding motorists about state laws concerning school buses, flashing lights and stop arms. They say all motorists are required to stop when approaching a stopped school bus with its flashing red lights activated and its stop arm extended.  Troopers say disregarding a school bus stop arm is punishable by a fine of $10,000.
