INDIANAPOLIS (AP): A state commission is drafting new rules and policies to help Indiana's schools handle students with behavioral problems while minimizing injuries to those youngsters. A law passed by this year's General Assembly created a nine-member commission that will determine how to boost student safety by reducing the number of children improperly confined in so-called ``safe rooms.'' The panel will draft rules outlining those behavior-control methods with a focus on reducing injuries.
