Michael Fabini was indicted last week on federal charges of conspiracy to distribute more than 1,000 kilograms of marijuana. He also is charged with laundering drug money.
Fabini is the younger brother of former New York Jets offensive lineman Jason Fabini,
The News-Sentinel reports Michael Fabini is scheduled for a two-week trial starting April 30. U.S. District Court records show he has until April 16 if he wishes to plead guilty to the charges.
