Two Gary Residents Face Child Pornography Charges
Natisha Hillard was indicted yesterday for allegedly selling her 1 1/2 year old daughter to Christopher Bour for the production of child pornography. An unnamed woman contacted the FBI after Bour had sent her text messages which indicated a child would be exploited. An FBI agent then assumed that woman's identity and continued text messaging Bour and received texts describing the acts he would perform on the child. Both suspects are being held without bond and are set for arraignment on Monday.
