Kosciusko County officers have arrested two people on theft charges after allegedly stealing boats in the Papakeechie Lake area.

One of the people arrested is 29 year-old Charles "Chuck" Norris of Cromwell. Investigators say he, along with 25 year-old Lindsay Housman are involved in the theft of at least two flat-bottom boats last fall.

Norris is already in jail on unrelated aggravated battery, and intimidation, drug and other probation violation charges. 

Housman is being held on felony theft as well as burglary charges with a $5,000 bond.
