FW City Councilman Donates Pay Raise
After voting for a two percent raise for city employees but against a similar pay raise for elected officials, including city council members, Fort Wayne City Councilman Geoff Paddock has announced that he will donate his salary increase to the United Way of Allen County. Paddock said: "I did not believe it was appropriate to vote for a pay raise for elected officials." The two percent will equate to about $400 every year.
