Angola Counterfeiting Bust
A Steuben County man is facing counterfeiting charges after fake money showed up around Angola. According to the Journal Gazette, investigators searched an apartment where Scot Silvers was staying and found items that included printers, linen business paper, and a credit card-making machine... along with copies of various bills. Police began their investigation after a woman was spotted trying to buy a gift card with phony $10 bills at the Angola Walmart store.
