Indiana man sentenced for killing estranged wife...

SOUTH BEND, Ind. (AP) _ A northern Indiana man has been sentenced to 65 years in prison for killing his estranged wife whose body was found dumped in Chicago.

A St. Joseph County judge ordered the maximum sentence Friday for Tarrance Lee of Mishawaka, saying it was callous to take 44-year-old Trina Winston's body to Chicago to hide her death.

Lee was convicted last month on murder charges that he strangled Winston in August, two months after she filed for divorce. The South Bend Tribune reports Lee denied in court Friday that he killed Winston.

Authorities say Lee was released from prison in 2008 after sentences from a 1987 double murder case in South Bend.
