The school will expand its Downtown Campus with the purchase of the Mizpah Shine building at 407 W. Berry St., Fort Wayne.

 University officials signed an agreement yesterday and it includes the historic building with the adjacent parking lot on Main Street.

Negotiations are said to have started six months ago. The purchase price was not released, but the list price was for $495,000.  

The property is the third acquired to establish the Downtown Campus.
