Hit-and-run Injures Young Girl
A hit-and-run this morning has left a child in serious condition. It happened at about 6:45 this morning on Broadway south of Creighton. The young girl was reportedly waiting for the school bus when she was hit by a vehicle that didn't have its heatlights on. The car hit the child, the driver paused for a moment, then took off. The car was light brown or white in color and probably has front end damage. Police are asking anyone with information, to give them call.
