FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The new Ash Skyline Plaza is filling up before work is even done on it.

Lawfirm Barnes & Thornburg LLP has signed a 15-year lease for office space in the new downtown building, according to the Journal-Gazette. The lawfirm is based in Indianapolis, but has an office at the Indiana-Michigan Power building on East Wayne Street in downtown Fort Wayne.

The firm will move about 30 employees into the Ash building, which will provide about 17,000 square feet. They will occupy Suite 600 when the building is complete, which is currently slated for mid-August. The move will coincide with Barnes & Thornburg’s 30th anniversary in Fort Wayne.

The lawfirm will join Lake City Bank, DeBrand Fine Chocolates, the Fort Wayne YMCA, The Golden restaurant, and The Find as other confirmed tenants in the new building.
